		<description>Hmmmm, seems to me that what is good for the UAW workers, the salaried employees, management and the shareholders, would all be the same. If the negotiators work for what is truly best for the continuation of Chrysler’s recent successes, everyone will come out ahead.

But can that happen in today’s &quot;I want mine NOW!&quot; world. BTW, there is one word to describe this; &quot;GREED&quot;. Sadly I doubt it.</description>

So they might be willing to talk about things like higher deductibles on regular visits and such, flexibility on providers, PPO systems, etc., etc. 

You know it&#039;s bad when the top guys at the automakers start talking about how we should have national health care, though I noticed they&#039;ve stopped saying that. Doesn&#039;t make them any friends in DC ;)</description>
