Whenever I turn the key to the On position, the front drivers side window rolls down. The passenger side window doesn't work with either switch (passenger side power mirror doesn't work also). Does anyone else have this issue?

I have seen something like this happen on other cars. The drivers window may have been left down during a rainstorm and the switches on the armrest got rained on. While the switches would have eventually dried out, corrosion may have occurred. The switches could need replacement.
If you unplug the master window switch and turn on the ignition, does the drivers window stay up?
The power mirror switch tests are shown on p. 8N-59 and the wiring diagrams in chapter 8W-62.

Look for open circuits in the mirror switch, a short in the LF window (down) switch section and open RF window switch section. The master (drivers) window switch has to have continuity in order to send power to the RF door window switch.
    See service manual here:

Thank you! All this time I was just dealing with it and that was exactly the problem. The master switch is bad and replacing it should fix everything!

Once in a blue moon we get this in the ole '98 Grand. Start it up, the pass side rear window goes down half way. Lol.
