Does anyone know where to get good sensors? Or how to make. Napa, Standard, and echlin don't show any listing for 8.0 V10 and are obsolete from Chrysler. Ones from China are junk and no wave form signal on lab scope. 5 volt feed and sensor ground ok.

The V10 is an esoteric engine and not many aftermarket parts were available then or exist today.
Keep looking for Mopar 56041041 (CKP) and Mopar 53006563 (CMP). It may show up.
I found these, but can't vouch for quality and have never dealt with the vendor:
    Crankshaft Position Sensor PC161,53006562,CSS41, 56041041 for dodge ram 2500v-10 | eBay (at http://www.ebay.com/itm/Crankshaft-Position-Sensor-PC161-53006562-CSS41-56041041-for-dodge-ram-2500v-10-/162268886457 )
The cam position sensor was shared with Viper. theviperstore.com shows it, but I don't know if it is stocked.
