I'm looking at a 2003 PT GT that is showing the following codes: 0551, 0522, and 0441. The guy says the car is running fine. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

P0551 is the power steering switch/circuit failure (p.205). May be the switch itself?
P0522 is the oil pressure switch/circuit low (p. 203). May be the switch itself?
P0441 is the evaporative (emissions) system performance (p. 159). May be gas cap, hoses or NVLD switch?
If you are in an area that requires an emissions test for inspection, the car won't pass. I would think that you could ask the owner to repair these faults first or ask for a price drop to fix them yourself. You might have already had this conversation.
It will need diagnosis first. It may not be the component itself that is bad. It may be a wiring or connector issue. At worst, it could be a PCM issue.
