Does anyone know if a 2004 Dodge Intrepid ES is prewired (ie has the quick connection) for the indash 6 disc CD player? Someone had an aftermarket sound system in and now the slot just has a plastic holder in it.

You can research this in the 2004 LH parts and service manuals. The 6-disc changer was offered as a kit for the medium and premium line radios. There is an 8-terminal connector between the changer and the radio.
See figure 1-110 for the Mopar CD changer kit and figure 8A-305 for the radios here:

The connector pinout is shown on p. 34 here:

That would be Mopar part # 4671841AA. I Googled around and see them for sale. Find your best price.

Not all the radios have the plug on the back, FYI.

I might have one or two plugs, and one or two CD players. I think both are 4 disc though (but of course compatible). Better yet, you can modify the cable to be used for an aux input, for an Android or other smart phone for actual streaming.

There are two cables I have. One has rectangular plugs on both ends. I think that might only be for the RB2 and uConnect. I have the uConnect module for an RB2 to go with it. I sold the RB2 already.
The other has a rectangular plug on one end, and a circular plug on the other end. That plugs into the RBB radio, and I have an RBB radio.
I also have both a 4 AND a 6 disc changer.

If you want or need any of that let me know.
