I have a2004 Jeep Liberty Limited, 3.7L, with 169000 miles. It is in great shape. I am the 2nd owner, my daughter being the first. The problem I have is on the drivers side, back door, the window glass will not go up or down with the actuator. I have pulled the inside door panel of, and pulled the waterdam back to reveal the window itself. I can make it go up and down with my hand, by putting my hand under it, and running it up and down the channel. There is not problem there. The actuator does run either way with the power switch, but is not hooked up to the window. what could be wrong, or maybe busted? Thanks.

I got it fixed. The cable that runs inside the plastic tube, broke. I have never seen a regulator like that before. Thanks again.
