I have a 07 Chrysler aspen that flips the power seat fuse as soon as someone tries to move the seat or if its in more than 5 mins it blows the fuse. Does anyone have any feedback that can assist me

I would first suspect a wire has rubbed through to the copper or got pinched or cut under the seat track?
You may want to take a good look under the seat. Even remove the seat from the floor for inspection following the safety precautions if you have the side airbags.
