    Rumors only...

But from what I hear, it is the Ford Folks that are scared.

even if 850hp, it would just be a Super Snake from Fords Factory... 850hp..... 12.4 in the quarter...

Holy crap, now I'm starting to get scared myself!

I guess at this point, they would've already certified the higher-powered engine and they're starting to build production-spec engines in Saltillo, Mex-chigan???

Rumors only, but from what I have heard, power is not the issue. They are apparently making enough power to warp space-time. The issues as I recon them to be are the same as before, 50 state emissions, traction, and finding a driveline that meets warranty.

    Remember a few things:
    1) Viper production will end after the 2017 Model year (see #2)
    2) Conner Avenue, where its built, is continuing (see #3)
    3) The Hellcats, as is, are already at their limits using "mere" 275's (see #4)
    4) Anything wider will not fit down that production line (see #2)

Do the math, its all here in Allpar, just search and read the threads

Its a Reason Conner Ave isnt closing. Its because production....or should i say Modifications of LX cars say....Hellcats? and continuation of the GTC Program could only be applied at Conner Ave. the ADR Challenger.

    Just my Speculation.

Challenger is one of the very few cars that look good as a widebody. If done right, FCA is going to have another crisis on their hands, they won't be able to meet demand. Can't wait to see this Hyper-Challenger, final nail in Ford/GM's coffin?

Haha, I'm sure the factory car fender flares won't look like they've been hammered on after a few beers! I kinda hope they only flare the rear fenders, but I'd quickly forget about the front flares after my face melts off at full throttle. Eager to see what other unique cosmetics the super-Hellcat gets...

Mike V. I take it you have already said about as much as you can say? Or could you help straighten out our math?

As for what it will look like, I'd make a guess that it would have the look of the wide body kit from the SEMA Challenger GT AWD, but with Flintstone width wheels on the corners.

Im hoping so too. I like the widebody look, and especially like the deep dish wheels and fat tires.

Traveling all these roads confuses me...... Route 2 to Route3 to Route 4 and finally Route 2 is a funny way to get to the destination........ traveling north 1100 miles is what amazes me if I understand the route correctly?

Wow, that is a good route. I much like that route better than my route. When do you think would be best to take such a route? Sometime in October or November?

So this post with an 1100 figure and a few posts back with a reference to 275s and #4 which multiplied also equal 1100. My initial guess was 275s and #3 for 825. I should just stop :)
