I know this is section is about News. But have we already forgotten the eighties and nineties? Why the complaint about the LX platform having such a long run? Many of us wanted V8 RWD to come back wrapped in great American styling. Nothing is promised and I will keep enjoying them as long as I can...
I hear Bandit, I think Trans Am, I see that front end, I think '71-'72 Roadrunner
Exactly. The LX and LD platform are awesome cars... thus explains why there among of the few sedans that still sell well.
How many cars can do all of this???
You're right. No more info.
Are you supposed to be scaring me? LOL
I know Bob said absolutely no 426 Hemi in the 2019 cars. But can't help but think how much that would help straighten out the 392 SRT's identity crisis. A 550+hp NA 426 Wide Body Hemi Challenger would be the coolest thing to show up since the Hellcat
So, maybe 2020???
If you read carefully and use the oh2o decoder ring your question has already been answered.
Funny I was just doing that now. 2020 is going to be a great year!!!
550 is child's play
Sounds like Tim K made sure that before he moved on there will be a few more V8s coming for his Dodge collection.
Every time I think I'm ready to make a purchase I read about something amazing coming about a year or two away and get conflicted and wait... *SIGH*
Oh man, I need to go dig out my @oh2o decoder ring! It's been a little while since I needed it here!
James just buy what you want now and trade in a couple years.
Im on my 4th challenger and im thinking of that 426 would be nice. Not as fast ss my hellcat , but my warranty will be up next year and it could be an even trade.
My wife will not like if i told here there would be a 426 in 2020 and I might buy it.
Or maybe never. The business case is hard to justify.
My wife said if i buy anrher Challenger she will leave me.
Boy i will miss her cooking ....
