    Stevens-Miller Racing | TransAm TA2 | Arrive & Drive (at https://stevensmillerracing.com/ )

Go to the link. That is Stevens-Miller Racing’s newest race car. That is the first start up of the finished car. Brand new.

It will race in Trans Am 2, and it is brand spanking new. It replaces the two old ones, I assume at this point, there will be another new chassis to replace the 2nd, older TA2 Chally.

That is a full 392 Race Hemi under the hood, NOT a spec engine. SRT will be a partial sponsor (at least for a while).

    The engine though...

I had rather given up on Trans Am.

Stevens-Miller and Mopar/Challenger/Hemi were TA2 champs last year, but they seemed to abandon any Challenger effort this year.

Glad they seem to be starting one again, though I can't find anything about it at their website. (It was apparently there when he OP started this thread.)

Click his link then at the top click the "SOCIAL" button then scroll down and hit the "FACEBOOK" icon(you don't need an account to view the page). Scroll down there some pics, info and a short video of them firing up the Prefix 392.

    Boy, what a let down.
Just watched the "Tin Top" race at Townsville, for the V8 Supercar series.
The "Tin Tops" were made up of GT3 cars, Porsche cup cars, 10 year old Oz V8 Supercar sedans (called Super3), some modified Improved production cars, and some TA2 cars.....which here are US built TA2 cars with LS flogs in 'em. (A Flog in Oz Slang is a Wanker, Wally, Dickwacker, Tosser etc etc).
Crikey, bugger me dead, those Shitbox TA2 cars were as slow as F***, It was an absolute embarrassment.
They were 3 laps down at the end of the race.
10 Year old V8 Supercars driven by amateurs, were as fast as the Porsche cup cars, and killed the TA2s.
What a dismal bore those TA2 cars are!! Absolutely Pathetic.
Even backyard built E36 Bms and Skylines were passing them.
Is TA2 this slow in North America too?
Is there a "TA1" series that are actually fast?
Sorry guys but what a joke.
They look good, that's about it.

Right missed TA. Hinkle and Pancho's entry with driver TBD. Hope it's Boris or Adam.

My favorite track! There was a local (Newport News VA) fellow who built an older Challenger running a 426 Hemi, but I don't think he ran SCCA with it. His name is Glen Bunch.
