Not a 2.7L car, I doubt a 99 2.7L could make it over 100K.
Got to love reading the comments at the bottom of that page lol.
My cousin had a '99 2.7L that she sold with well over 360,000kms. Treated with synthetic oil since new.
Ah. yes, the very '90s forest green. Many living and dining rooms had that color with maroon trim (or the other way around).
Wonderful story and congratulations to the Riehls. (I still miss my old Intrepid.)
98,000, on my 2.7 i will let you know in a month or so. Big expense is uneups, trans insption, and timeing belt soon to be replaced. Hemi may cost less to maintian.
Any more V6 stories my next car may depend on it.
No timing belt on a 2.7 Joe !!
You are right, got it confused with my 3.5 You saved me from setting myself with an uneeded repair. Thanks!
I like the internal design of the 2.7 but waterpump keeps me checking the oil.
Still would like to know stories about high mileage MOPAR V6s
It would be nice if my 2002 Concorde Lxi made it that far on the odometer without too much misery but I'm extremely doubtful. I miss my 1999 Concorde Lxi with the 3.2 which I could have seen lasting 500,000 miles. Unfortunately, some idiot t-boned it three years ago. Trying to keep my 2002 car alive has been the source of a fair amount of misery. If I can get it past the current headaches and keep it going past the 200,000 mile mark it's approaching, I'm going to be saving up for a 67-76 Valiant or Dart four door sedan for the moment the Concorde gives up the ghost.
