You might find a flanged line at a parts store. Not the entire part, but an end that you can clamp a rubber fuel hose to (cutting to fit, if necessary), until you can find the right line at a junkyard, swap meet, online, or elsewhere.

Update: Got a fuel line from our junk 361 and that fixed the leak, all is well now. Distributor is now fixed and we have spark! So car is running once again. Carb needs some adjusting, the accelerator pump is not working quit right and the charging system is not functioning, had the alternator tested and it works great, so looking at the regulator next.

This car has sure tested my patience! But I have some hope that I will be able to take to the Spring Fling April.

Update: Regulator fixed the problem with the charging system. So now she is running reliably, going to just driver it around town for the next month and see how it does. Then I may attempt to drive it to Spring Fling.

    Keeping my fingers crossed.

So we have encountered another issue...drive shaft is bent. Looking for a replacement. Thoughts on where I could find one?

How badly bent? Is it ok in slower city traffic?

A Mopar-friendly junkyard is what I'd recommend. In addition to '64, one from a '63 should work in yours. Don't know what other model years will fit -- maybe an earlier one with a 122" wheelbase, but better research first.

See if you can find a shop to make a new one. It may be less expensive than you think.

I used to go through Universal Joint Sales here in Rochester. They changed their name to Fleetpride. These guys could 'make' any driveshaft for anything. Everything from small FWD half-shafts to the big-rig driveshafts and joints.
Look for a driveshaft shop in your area.

I will see what I can find in a way of a shop around here.

In the mean time, looking at a few vintage junk yards locally and my dad says he has a contact in Fresno, that has all Chrysler stuff. Keeping my fingers crossed.

So far no luck in finding a drive shaft, still looking.

In the mean time, going to a shop to have a quote on a new one.

Also, the issue with the current driveline is the pin within the ball n trunnion, the pin will not stay centered. We tried to think of ways to make it work, but it seems that it would not be safe/reliable.

I was incorrect, it's the pin not staying centered.

Pin is pressed in. Should stay on it's own.

Exactly and that is why this is rather puzzling. I am guessing at some point it was damaged.

If that's the case, if you can't find another one, which you should be able to, it's a remachining the end for a tighter fit by bushing the ends.

The shop I talked too, said they can use my existing drive-line and add U joints to the front with a slide. They will also balance it. They will have it ready on Wednesday. Cost will be $360....little more then I wanted to spend, but it will be solid.

That is an idea, but I have went a different route. Thank you, this is good info, should this come up on future projects.

Here is the completed driveline, very happy with work they did.

Very good. Just make sure the flat ends of the U-joints are splined correctly, so the flats on both ends are level. If they are off, the driveline will shutter before it breaks something, as in a U-joint.

Been driving the car for most of the morning and all seems good. Going to attempt to take her to the Sprin Fling in Van Nuys this upcoming weekend
