    Hi all,
The EVA is a bit quiet in my car. With the top up, I can hear it okay, but when the top is down, I can't really hear anything more than a faint tone. It's also a bit difficult to 'demo' it at car shows because people have to get pretty close to the dash to clearly hear it. I read some of these had a volume adjustment. Where might I look for that? Was it adjustable on the early cars?

The later ones did have a volume control, 1983 may not. Investigate the EVA housing for an adjustment hole as you may have a later EVA in yours? I believe that it is part of the BCM?
There was a radio mute line and the voice played through the LF speaker.
