Man, I really want to see a B5 Hellcat. (Really, I want to see B5 Hellcats with and without the black hood, so I can decide what I want to order.)

That was the point when I made that mashup a few years ago.

The front of the original SRT-4 is a very defining styling characteristic, IMO. Very much like the styling DNA of the Viper, although with much less history. But it's instantly identifiable.

I like it, and would love to see an interpretation of it, along with the wing and rest of the original SRT-4s styling cues (wheel design, etc) on the next compact SRT product.

I mean I think it could work with some styling tweaks but the high rise wing can stay away, that was cool when I was 18 not so much now that I am 30.

Agreed. Perhaps look for the same or similar benefit from a different angle : Undercarriage aero tuning and possibly see if rear-wheel well 'pants' would work - especially if accomplished without adding parasitic drag. That isn't Stylin' It like others see Style, but it could amp-up the efficiency.

707 horsepower just announced for the Hell Cat engines. That should start a feeding frenzy!

I am hearing from a few friends that work at Chrysler, that the Challenger SRT HELLCAT will have a base price around $65k.

Even if the "base" base price would be $59,900.00 then you need to add delivery and gas guzzler tax. I assume that is more than $1000 this time, right? So I could see one paying $63k for a base.

The SRT HELLCAT page on Facebook just posted this picture of a sublime 2015 HELLCAT with a satin black hood.

Another pictures from the Media Launch, probably the sexiest color on the HELLCAT in my opinion. Sorry no B5 HELLCATs yet, George.

B5 is listed as late availability, probably won't see any for a while. Granite looks great, though. If B5 wasn't offered, granite might be my choice.

Some more different paint schemes of the Challengers the press are driving today...

You can thank people like interior designer Ryan Nagode who are sending pictures of the events to people like me.

Is that Granite in the other pictures as well? Or another silverish color?

Yeah I'm referring to the silver in post #416 above? Is that the same Granite color?
