I hope someone can help me.

I've got a 1990 Dodge Dynasty LE with the 3.3 engine and factory ac.

Neither fan will come on. Both are plugged in. If I hook them directly to the battery they'll run.

    What do I check next?

    Is there a fuse?

    TIA

There's either a fuse or a relay somewhere, man. Start by taking the cover off your fuse box and see if it's labeled. If not, then you'll have to wait until someone that has one of those cars can answer.

Unplug the two wire engine coolant temp sensor on the thermostat housing. The fans should come on and the check engine light should illuminate. That should help narrow things down.
