The Official High Performance Driving School of Dodge/SRT | driveSRT
Are you inviting me down Bob? Mind if I catch a Red Wings game while I'm in town, also on your dime?
T/A starts production on the 28th of November
Side note, saw a trailer load of Chargers today on the 401 and there was a lone orange one on board. Is that the new GoMango?
Good luck with that one!
Just so you know, if you went to Detroit, you would be almost 2000 miles away from the Bondurant Driving School location where the SRT Track Experience is held (it's in Chandler, AZ).
Yes, more like Hemi Orange but a brighter. Nothing like the 2006 GoMango which I really like.
I liked the original GMG too. If I wanted orange, I'd buy.....Orange.
When it came out in 2006 IIRC it was on the very first Daytona - a car most had no idea even existed. Then I think in 2013 it came back very briefly with small changes under a new name (copper metallic or burnt orange) and was gone from the order form before people knew it was back.
The true original 1969-1970 EK2 Go Mango (Vitamin C) was... orange
The 2006 Charger Daytona and Ram 1500 Daytona version of Go Mango (Tangerine) has not been back. You are thinking of Toxic Orange (Mango Tango) is a different color with different paint code and mix.
The 2016 version clearly is based on the true original from 1969-1970.
I'm pretty sure that I'd just go with a base 392 T/A...but I've spent a lot of time messing around with the build and price tool
Does anyone know if Destroyer Grey will have a metal flake or will it just be a solid/gloss paint? In either case, I'm hooked.
Secondly, I wonder if anyone with the '15-'16 style Hellcat wheels would want to swap. The new ones are nice but the previous style is a bit better, IMO.
No metal flake. They have two challengers at my local dealer in destroyer - its shows dirt big time - dirt tints the color almost.
Have we confirmed that Challenger T/A production has commenced? I'm watching it very closely, I'm very interested in buying one.
First T/A's being built today
Have Daytonas started too?
Thats why you will never see me in anything over 400hp.
A couple weeks ago.
Ok, obviously I missed it in this thread (damn being on vacation then being sick)
Does this mean yoy will not buy a future R/T?
The New Go Mango looks WAY better to me than the old color they had on the Charger.
But, never heard of Axalta Coating Systems....I thought Mopars were all PPG paint?
Axalta is the old DuPont.
