Collectible Automobile Feb. 2018 Feature on 68 thru 70 Chargers

    Very good article and pictures. As the feature article they include the usual interesting clay model photos and engineering design history with interviews of engineers.
    I agree with the writer as i also think these cars are Mopar styling at it’s finest. One point i believe he had wrong is his description of the dashboard. He says base Chargers got the “sweeper” type speedo and gauges while the iconic rally dash was R/T only. We had two non R/T 68s in the family, both with the great rally dash. I’ve never seen a Charger with the rectangular “sweeper” dash. RRs yes but not Chargers.

    The '68 Charger brochure shows only one gauge panel. The only difference I see in the brochure would be whether or not the optional tach was ordered.
