One thing I noticed that we don't do on this forum is we never post the weekly video released by FCA media about news and information throughout the week. I'm going to try to post them weekly and hopefully if I miss them @Mike V. can post them. I figured it would give us a good chance to talk about what FCA US thinks is big and informational news.

So let's start off with this week's video...

What I like about "FCA Replay" is the singular effort to portray what is going right. Sometimes, maybe, that is a challenge. But that is what it has always been about. There is zero speculation and zero attention paid to what might be a problem. It is where the rubber meets the road and it, specifically, calls out excellence.

What happened to Betty Carrier Newman?? To me, she was the voice of these!

She is still there. My friend Ed Garsten who was head of FCA Digital Media who created the original DCXVideo videos retired in July. But his team is still going strong.

Interesting factoid about the FIAT 500. Love the Wrangler topping Cars.com AMI list - as it has become more and more popular - yet stayed true to it's purpose!

They write 400 BHP, but rally specification car should be 300 BHP.
The longitudinal engine "1.8 bialbero" is the 1742 cc engine that is used in 4C and Giulietta, but in transversal application.
Transmission is a 6 speed sequential from Sadev.

    Mt. Washington hillclimb.

...I would pay to be a passenger. I love rally. Such a pure sport.

They need to add this car to Dirt Rally.

Wow...the sounds coming from that worked up 1.4 are SWEETNESS. Those cars look like a total blast to drive.

Sara did really well! That is a little dicey in a few spots. She appears to be a natural.

More pans in the fire than any other auto manufacturer; from all out performance (drag racing, drifting, retro, H.P.) to kid friendly marketing..

If they can bring Abarth 124 in a Coupe form, it could be on my list of next purchase.

Or better yet, a shooting brake! IMHO, the original Compass concept was darn close to an awd shooting brake, wich would hit a market sweet spot right about now.
