Exactly; class-of-its-own Better.
I wish the dealership loaner was a 17 Pacifica & not a 17 Caravan. I know I wouldn't get a Caravan after driving it. Still need to test a Pac.
There're a lot of issues with Honda too at the moment. The Odyssey stop sale is big news. I have a feeling that will help a lot in terms of December sales for FCA & the Pac.
Depends on term and Luxury tax. That's the nice part about $9500 off... most 1500's pull under luxury where with $2500 off they aren't so lucky. Ive got one I am working on for a guy up in the Yukon (no PST) and its $40 less with the 0%
I haven't driven a Pacifica yet, but got a ride in one the dealer was using as a shuttle when I took my Caravan in for an oil change and to get recalls done. My Caravan is a 2012, but it only has a little over 50k miles on it, and the Pacifica felt light years better than our Caravan.
So what's the deal with the Promaster van? The sales seem to have fallen off a cliff. Is it because the USPS order is complete? I see those things everywhere lately, and in all manner of livery, post office, U-Haul, plumbers, UPS, Amazon, and others. It's also time Ram steps up their game and offers the Pacifica's PHEV system in the Promaster.
Yeah, there's no doubt the Pacifica is a great vehicle.
I see a lot of them around here. And I'm not talking L or LX models either. I've seen a handful of Hybrids in my town as well. Saw one just tonight on my way home from work.
There are deffinately big deals available on on the last of the 2018 Jeep Cherokee's (remember the refresh is only a couple of months away) however those numbers are inflated on "retail".....there is however..... 8k+ available lease cash on the Cherokee
So, their website is a bit deceptive. I checked your store and it is more reasonable.

*Method of Determining Monthly Sales
Beginning with the July 2016 sales report, FCA Canada sales numbers have been calculated using a new sales reporting methodology, which is described in more detail in the explanatory note issued on September 1, 2016. Sales by dealers are derived from the New Vehicle Delivery Report, or NVDR system and reported upon the first sale reported in the NVDR system. Under the new reporting methodology, fleet sales are recorded as sales upon shipment by FCA Canada of the vehicle to the customer or end user.

Wondering if anyone else has heard this: I had a little trouble getting behind the wheel of a Quadrifoglio last week. I understand asking questions about what I currently own and owned prior to allowing a test drive....but once I'm an established sports car buyer...I'm there in a $70 Jeep SRT....lets get in the car and go.
Once we were in the car, the salesman wouldn't take his hand off of the DNA mode selector. Only put it in race for a brief moment so I could hear the exhaust (don't get me started on that). That's not how you sell $82K sports cars. Mercedes taught everyone: sound sells cars.
Next day I'm at Mercedes. Ask to drive a C63. 5 minutes later the salesman is telling me to do 0-60 pulls on some back roads.
Reminds me of Ralph's complaints about Viper sales. They sit at Dodge dealers with velvet ropes around them.
Let people drive the cars.
Are they discontinuing Fiat in Canada? Those are pretty dismal numbers.
i blame the decline on crappy black rims and no refreshes
haters gonna hate!
The reason you see so many black wheels is because people like them and they sell.
My favorite wheels from FCA US are chrome or machined finished, especially with black pockets... not everyone likes black but like @eggwhite93 said... that is what sells and just is the thread now. FCA US isn't the only manufacturer to do it.
i do not hate. that top picture is awfully dark,
The problem is once you select a specific model, like a Durango R/T, all the wheels are dark.
I'm a chrome lover too.....but don't see any here.
exactly my point. they dont even consider us. and the one guy says in the same breathe black rims sell as the numbers tank. Cadillac has chrome. just sayin...
...and yet I feel that there are too many FCA vehicles with chrome wheels/trim/etc
