    Sounds like a 225 CID industrial or possible military application engine. I believe this might be the following:

    6 = 1976
    225 = 225 CID
    R = regular fuel
    030-11 = build date maybe 3/11/76?
    3175 is the sequential number
    No engine plant mark usually means it was made a Trenton

    This is my best guess.

    Looking at this list:

    http://www.mopar1.us/casting.html

    The only close match I find is the head casting for a 225 CID from 1975-80, which is 4027600-5. I don't find any other numbers that match or begin with zero. But the 1 and 7 are probably year and month, or month and year.

    If you look at the 1962-64 numbers on this site: http://www.tpocr.com/chryec.html

    You might extrapolate that you have a 1961 engine, since the 1962 calls out "S17" - yet, that's for the 170 CID engine. So this gets more mysterious.

    Or, look at the first page here, bottom right:

    S225R 1 7 030-11 3175 could be:

    Special engine
    225 CID
    R = regular fuel
    1 = Jan
    7 = 7th day
    030-11 could be .030" overbore
    3175 the serial number, or the year embedded in it.

    Last digit in the build date sometimes indicated the shift the engine was built on so 030-11 could mean March 1st, 1st shift.

    3175 casting code indicates 1970 if on the 10,000 day calendar system.

    Bear in mind, the head may not be original to the block. If it was a military application it also may have gone through a refurbishment cycle or two, and you simply might have ended up with one that never got installed after its last refurbishment.
