Inviolet was listed a late availability on some vehicles. When will these cars be available?
Inviolet Durangos are already on lots.
InViolet looks about as much like purple as Maximum Steel looks like blue. They're both very dark and can look black depending on the lighting.
But it's beautiful.
I'd like to see a pic of that color outside.
I found this one on Cars.com. Not great pictures...
Rainy overcast day is not the day to take pics of something you're trying to sell. Sigh. Ty for trying tho. Lol
Overcast days are the best for vehicle pictures, just not rainy days. The sun often washes the color out or causes a glare in the background that darkens the vehicle. Cloudy days are my favorite days to take pictures of the vehicles on our lot.
Another terrible picture. The only other one I could find on cars.com.
Pics (especially darker ones) tend to not do metallic paint justice IMHO. Wait to see it in person. Deep amethyst could look dark too, under low lighting conditions, but in the sunlight it was beautiful. Even my orange blast SRT-4 looks plain copper-ish in shadows, but when the sun hits it (and it's clean)...wow.
My Mojave sand JKU looks the same in any light, or whether dirty or clean
Fair enough, but it depends on the color of the car too, imo.
Yep, F8 green for example is not good on cloudy days.
Is that close to the Blackberry Pearl on the 2011-2012 Chargers?
Doesn’t look quite the same from the pictures. I had a Blackberry Pearl Challenger. I really liked that color.
Nowhere near it. That one was kind of a blue-purple mix. This one is 100% purple, just a dark shade.
Same with PUG ... BlackGold
Good choice, one of my personal favorites. It was more blue than inViolet
I really liked the looks of that car, but once the front suspension started making noise, I sent it on its way when CarMax gave me a great deal trading it in. I didn't have the time, money or patience for the "we'll just have to replace parts until we find all of the ones making noise". I got the same run around from both the dealer and a Goodyear shop. I knew there were some great aftermarket parts out there to address the weak parts as I went through the same issue with my 2005 300C.
Blackberry Pearl was like the most popular color of the 2012 model on every Dodge... every vehicle had it as an option pretty much and it was super popular here. In the sunlight, the metallic just popped. One way you looked it looked blue... move over two feet and it looked black... two more feet and it was dark purple!
