I am not blaming anyone. I'm just stating my experience with my Dart.
Our Dart is 3.5 years old and has 33k miles now. Other than a replaced backup camera that had become fuzzy the car has been trouble free. From the start it had a rattle around the sun roof and one that comes and goes around the A-pillar. I decided to just live with them. Love the car and can't believe all its creature comforts. Very well equipped.
I am always amazed how much the quality varies between cars. I am sure there are plenty of gen II 200 owners on here who have trouble free cars. I had some good 200 rental experiences but there was also one with 20k miles on it that had several annoying rattles. I know that there are some LX owners who have been really lucky but then there are others who have had some bad experiences. With my two LXs some rattles come and go. More so with the older Magnum than with the Challenger. But from rental experiences I know the same is true for Kias, Nissans, Toyota, Fords, GMs, etc. It seems like it varies quite a bit from car to car. Probably because they are made out of thousands and thousands of parts?
I think you are right on hmk123. Build quality will vary.

Does it really say that?
