Long time Mopar racer (and, IIRC, former pro baseball player), Eric Bell, won Super Stock Eliminator at the NHRA Lucas Oil Nationals @ Brainerd yesterday. I'm not sure exactly which car this is as the entry list shows it as a GT/EA '68 Plymouth with a 440" for power. The last time I saw Eric Bell @ Pomona some years ago he was racing a '68 'Cuda with a Hemi for power. I'll post some photos when I get the corresponding issue of "National Dragster", probably in about 3 weeks.

As promised, the corresponding coverage from "National Dragster". The car is indeed his former '68 Hemi-'Cuda with the Hemi replaced with a 440". He also was the #1 qualifier in SS @ .99 under the index.
