Norm would love the cover truck of the latest issue of Petersen's 4 Wheel & Off Road. (October issue)
It is a 76 Wagoneer with trim pieces from 60s Wagoneers with a custom suspension based off TJ parts.
Built by a guy that used to be with Jeep.
Classic looks with modern touches to increase capability.

Sorry to hear about Norm. I always looked forward to his posts and he even took the time to give me personal advice on my Jeep. My thoughts are with the family and friends.

I am also joining the local Jeep club in his memory.

It's so weird going to my inbox, seeing the correspondence, knowing I won't get a response back from him..

It would be nice to read Norm's comments on some of this new stuff for sure. It's missed.

Oh my.....I've been dormant for quite a while, but I remember reading Norm's "passionate" posts since I was in high school. (circa 2000).
He was also a fellow member of that "Customer Advisory Board" that New Chrysler set up when it came back to 'Murica.
What a shock to read. Norm will be remembered indeed.

    Ditto that.
But when I first found out, I replied to our last convo together and said good bye.
    Try it :)

    Me 3.

Norm was the first to really welcome me when I came over from some other discussion boards and prevailed on me to stay after we had enjoyed multiple exchanges of memories of Mopar's glorious racing history @ SoCal race tracks.

Somehow Norm found the time to read every post, no matter what topic or which forum, and many times to write an insightful response. And seems like he maintained regular private exchanges with many on here as well.

Norm was a gentleman through and through.

    .

I've been wondering what he would've said about the many things that have happened since mid-June '15 .

Hope his family is doing as well as possible.
