So the new engine yet to be finished goes like this... 239 (3.9) pre-magnum, dual-point efi with DRBII for a 90 Dakota. Heads were ported & polished, radius valve job, stainless valves, bronze guides, etc. Short block will receive BP & balance with honing plate, possibly 9.5:1 CR, etc. Topped off with Mopar Performance intake and Magnum exhaust manifolds with three inch pipe. So I call my cam guy saying I want all this to work together and he asks what can be done with the ECM. He was concerned with the vacuum needed. I surmise the constant of butterfly bore size might be a hang up too. So my question to the board is-can these be tweaked, is there anybody out there doing it and can yours truly do it with the DRBII unit Thanks!
