Those aren't the final headlights. They are the exact WK2 headlights.
The original post is on Walter Vayr (Gabetz Spy Unit) profile on Facebook.
Yes, that's correct.
Well I see WK2 with opened hood
Just a blog that stole the photos from somewhere else IMO
I agree , I have had some awesome 4 bulb halogen setups in my previous Chryslers. One of the best ones was my 85 Chrysler lebaron GTS . I could see a quarter mile down the road with high beams on . Halogens do not work well at all in single bulb projector setups like I have in my current 20 Durango. Less than impressed with that setup .
It is not stealing, if he still keeps the watermark..
It is just a blog/account like any other that shares spy shots and news.
Sharing is caring.
All-New Jeep Grand Cherokee Design Previewed by Accurate Rendering
If this is the real deal what I like is that it won’t make the current one look too dated. Something that should be true for a timeless designed vehicle.
If this is the real deal - not sure why they bothered. Seems like at a minimum, if you buy a new redesigned model you would want it to look a little different (better ) than the older versions. The older version in this case is, IMO, a really well designed vehicle but I still want to see something fresher looking and even more appealing.
If that is, in fact, a true representation i find it amazing they make it look fresher but worse at the same time. The grill and lights look real good but the lower half of the front looks off. The rear still looks eh but jeep is always like that for me
Hard to imagine this is the final version since the side to me looks exactly like the current one...
When is the reveal anyway?
That is not what the WL looks like. Don't worry
WL is boxier than that.
The front of the WL is closer to the Grand Commander than whatever they tried to do above - should be much more vertical and square. The photo above also has too many WK2 lines instead of the crisp, clean design language of WL. The WK2 shoulder line extending from the middle of the front fender to the doors will not carry over to the next generation.
This makes me super curious about the interior space of the WL75 (I think, whichever the 3 row is). It's a huge win if it has more space than the Durango.
Accurate Rendering, is not accurate at all. lol -- it's got too much WK2 in it still. Especially the rear end. It's really hard to make the nose so far vertical like it will be when starting with WK2. We're talking like Commander, vertical, in the nose. Just not as cubist (lol), and I don't think the grille will be so tall as the Commander, either.
*commander, not grand commander.
I hope this is not accurate. We are waiting for a new GC not a so litte refresh - see what Land Rover are able to do wilth all their models - they are design as a modern SUV without losing their identity.
And what id .ru meaning on their web address is that come from Russia
I wouldn’t be too mad at them if that were the real deal (which apparently it’s not).
Thats no accurate at all.
You're exactly right. The sides main body line starts at the headlight sbd runs the entire length of the vehicle at the height of the door handles. That render still has the wk2 body lines on the side. The front is even more "upright" than that render. The grill.will be flat...completely flat. The headlight shapes reminds me of the charger...but not as tall. Also the front bumper on what I've seen definetely doesn't have that led light design in the mid bumper...but its a laredo. .so it probably wouldn't anyway. It looks more like the high altitude or summit bumper now.
