I have a '10 sxt with the 19in. wheels. Has anyone removed the chrome plastic outer covers? Mine are starting to look even worse that they did new, are the actual wheels themselves decent in appearance? Thanks in advance.

You will find they are glued on very well. If you can get them off, there would likely be lots of glue remaining on the wheel and an unfinished surface that won't be appealing. You'd have to finish (paint, no idea if it could be polished)

I wish dodge had replacements of just the plastic. Mine still look fine (2012) but I keep my cars forever and I hate to think about how bad these will look in the future with no resolution but to replace the wheels.
