    I am sure it is a good feeling to work with and be associated with a automobile dealership that strives to do everything right. In today's competitive environment it is all too easy for dealerships to take the "wrong road" in the pursuit of maximum dollars of revenue and thus earn customer scorn and contempt. Good business practices attract and retain good employees so it is an overall win for all involved.

    I went back and researched and I see that your dealership was among the first 126 retail establishments to earn the Customer First Award administered by FCA for overall excellence in the summer of 2016. Shall we say that "eagles like to soar with eagles"!
