Looks more like a mid 1930's car. American Model B Fords were only made in 1932. They had a 4 cylinder engine only. This was also the first year that Ford made a V-8 engine. It was called the Ford V-8 car.

The Ford Model "B" was manufactured from 1932-1934. The Soviet car was a licenced copy of the Ford model "B" they later used a Dodge 6 cylinder engine in the car.
