Someone(s) made a large profit on two Demons at Barret Jackson 2018 Auction. Owner(s) were not listed so I don't know if a dealer sold them or private owner(s).

Brand-new Demons commanded nearly double the original $85,000 MSRP, claiming an impressive $151,800 for one and $143,000 for the other.

Could you imagine that if you buy a demon and you do a minimal amount of work that you could put it into the 8-second range that would be unheard of

Trans brake hasn't seemed to help anyone yet, they all run the same numbers off the foot brake.

It's because none of them have put in the time or effort to learn it. They've don't the foot breaking for how long now?

There are many videos of several cars doing runs with both back to back. I think its because the "stall speed" is so low it doesn't make a difference (2000~range). Hope I am wrong though.

From those who have been running there Demon's. they are guessing the transbrake will be worth .1 of a second. But as stated, many have not spent the time learning it as it does have a learning curve ...
I used to foot brake my prostreet , but there were no trans-brakes in the 727 in 1991 that didn't blow up !

    4500 actually
and because of the small skinneys up front I would push them through the lights if I tired foot braking to high. Had to leave way to low for a car with a tunnel and 2 Ray Barton prepped 1150 holley's on it ! Still would get a 1.23 60' with my MT 33x21.5 Sportsmans ...
