"So what caused me to keep the Charger long enough to pay off the note? Inattention? The relentless march of time? Perhaps. In reality, it simply boils down to finally finding a car with which I was completely satisfied. It is, praise the pharaohs, the first car I’ve ever owned whose positives far outweigh the negatives."

Note the check is made out to "The Big Bank of Sergio". Ha!

(Admin, please move this if it's in the wrong place. I couldn't find "Chrysler Chat" on the forum index.)

TTAC doesn't really bash FCA for no reason these days. There's quite a few writers that have stated their enjoyment for FCA products. Only knocks I usually see on the site are the world engines and the Journey.

I still love my 2008 300C AWD at 228000 miles.

If you like to drive fast, I think I've seen your 300C on 81 before. Once when I had my Charger, even. ;)

I still miss my 2006 Charger. The LX cars are so wonderful. I really, really want another. Like, trade in my Jeep want.

It is Inferno Red and now has bandages (duct tape) holding the front and rear fascias from vibrating apart in the wind. Yes, I travel 81 often.

I'd love to have another L car: Challenger or 300, though I miss the Magnum even though its cargo capacity was disappointing.
The Magnum with tow package and AWD is the closest I could come to something that could functionally replace my Durango. That setup on a Magnum would be hard to find.

You know, a 300 Estate would make a good people mover...

I came really close to buying a Magnum SRT with a 300 nose transplant, but the swap was concealing a bad accident.

    .

Now, hearing that, I don't feel so much out of place.

    Yes it would.

I miss my Magnum. It was a late-build '08 R/T, Steel Blue with a rare taupe leather interior. It's currently in a car collection in Arizona so at least I know it's in good hands, but I'd rather be driving it. :)

No duct tape on mine, but the front fascia is cracked up in places. :( I'm going to get it replaced this January with a new front fascia. After tax time, the rear bumper is getting repainted.
