If I had to guess, I would say it is some sort of motorized civilian transport.

Was this picture taken on FCA property? If so, it looks like maybe it could be the Hornet cuv???

Judging by the tents, looks like a vehicle set up at a ride and drive event.

Judging by the lack of people, looks like a vehicle reveal in the age of COVID-19.

It would line up. Not sure about those bug eye headlights though... I thought the hornet was supposed to take styling cues from the charger, this thing literally looks like the old hornet concept.

Maybe an event to try and wow PSA? I know the fiat people all went over before that merger and checked out all the vehicles - they didn't even display the viper, and it was all they wanted to see lol. So they drug one out.

Are we sure this is FCA? For some reason, I'm seeing Veloster.

Edit: Now I see the FCA sign...

There wasn’t much to the site I got it from. This seems like it’s a Fiat cause it the wheel design.

It has to be a Fiat. Bug Eye headlights and Wheel Flares of that of a Beetle.

There are no bug-eye headlamps visible. Circular holes does not mean circular lamps.

The architecture behind suggests this was taken in Europe. Wild guess: it could even be Serbia, where an SUV to replace 500L will be built.
