Our 2011 Compass has some wind noise from the right rear door. I had intended to move the striker in just a tad but it seem to be stuck in one place. Are these non adjustable or is this one stuck by fluke. It seems to move around a bit but just not to the left or right ( in or out )?

With the 'net build' manufacturing process, the door strikers are held in position by webbing. The webbing can be bent to adjust the striker, it just takes a little more force to bend it.
The door hinges are also adjustable.
First verify if the door needs adjustment. Is it sitting flush to the surrounding sheetmetal all the way around? Is the rubber weatherstripping secure?
