Nobody loves real shifters anymore.
That's a good looking interior. It has buttons!! And the infotainment screen is not a tablet glued to the dash!!
Maybe it's an illusion, but the center console width looks a bit excessive.
My first thought .. nice and luxury
Wide angle lense—see how the dudes thigh is thinner than his forearm?
Looks clean. It has that horizontally wide design with a prominence in the center that has been in use by BMW and Mercedes for 10 years.
Personally, I prefer a more divided driver and passenger front space. But that’s just me having grown up through the 80s and 90s.
Most "real shifts" aren't even real anymore. It's just sensors moving solenoids
Understood. But it is a well known user interface.
Yep, I’ve had two dial shifters. They were OK, but I’ll be happy if I never gave another one.
Yep, not a tablet glued to the dash, looks like a tablet leaned against the dash.
I see a lot of Peugeot in this interior, I don’t like this );
I like it. After years of wondering what they were thinking with interiors, we are now being wowed when new stuff comes out. Pacifica, Ram, Wrangler, and now the bread and butter GC. Looking forward to seeing the whole package.
Except the Screen is Floating on the Dash, instead of in a Docked position.
Great when the heck do we get to see this thing???????
Looks to me like sun glare off of the screen will be an issue.
Can't rest your hand on the knob!
Your hands should be on the wheel... "10 and 2, young man,... 10 and 2". Hahaha.
On my "knob" vehicles I always kept a soda bottle in the cup holder. It was a substitute hand resting place without the conventional shifter.
What do you think that giant red button is for??
