Chrysler at the 2018 Houston, Texas Auto Show

by David Lantz

FCA hit the Houston Auto Show in force, with Camp Jeep® and the world debut of the 2019 Ram Laramie Longhorn. Giving the press a full breakfast, complete with a taco bar and Ram-shaped paperweights, the company showed its dedication to the Texas media — and for good reason. The state accounts for a huge proportion of pickup sales, and Ram intends to get a bigger share of the pie.

No other manufacturer had a major reveal, though GM brought its 2019 pickups — fresh from an unveiling one day before the Detroit auto show.
