Chrysler initiates brake clip recall

by David Zatz on

Based on fast-feedback data from dealers, Chrysler issued a recall of seven 2010 model year vehicles (Sebring/Avenger, Liberty/Nitro, Ram, Commander/Grand Cherokee) to replace a brake booster input rod retaining clip. A problem with the clip may result in its loss, which could cause brake failure. The recall is to start this month. We don’t know of any reported accidents.
