Dodge leaves the UK again

by David Zatz on

Autocar wrote that the Dodge brand would leave the United Kingdom, once the Dodge Journey is dropped in the near future. The Caliber and Nitro were already dropped due to poor sales; the article said that Dodge would have a niche role in European markets where it survives.

Dodge had only recently been reintroduced to the U.K., and sales were sluggish.

David Zatz founded Allpar in 1998 (based on a site he had begun in 1993-94), after years of writing reviews for retail trades. He has been quoted by the New York Times, the Daily Telegraph, the Detroit News, and USA Today. Before making Allpar a full-time career, he was a consultant in organizational psychology.
