Chrysler worldwide sales up 12%

by David Zatz on

Chrysler’s worldwide vehicle sales rose to 128,321 vehicles in February 2011, 12% more than in February 2010. Sales outside core markets (US, Canada, Mexico) rose around 9%, to 11,305; in Asia-Pacific, sales rose 51%, while sales in Central-Western Europe fell 33% (possibly partly due to the distribution handoff from Mercedes to Fiat). Latin American sales rose 12%, while sales in the rose of the world rose 17%.

David Zatz founded Allpar in 1998 (based on a site he had begun in 1993-94), after years of writing reviews for retail trades.
