Mopar event in Germany

The Moparshop in Olfen, Germany, has scheduled their Season Opener Party for the Saturday before Easter, April 23, 2011. The party starts at 3:00 PM and runs to ?

Everyone is invited; there’s a family-friendly atmosphere, nice cars and good music included. They expect at least 50-70 old Mopars, a typical turnout, but they say this is more a people meeting than a car meeting! Everyone interested in Mopars is welcome and Mopar ownership is not required.

Admission is free and affordable food & drinks will be available, including the HEMI Bar serving mixed drinks.

MoparOnlyParking on our premises, but there is enough parking space around them for all other makes.

Part sales open until 6:00 PM (if you want to pick up parts only, please contact us before so we can prepare them for you)

Bill Cawthon grew up in the auto industry in the 1950s. His Dad worked for Chrysler and Bill spent a number of Saturdays down on the plant floor at Dodge Main in Hamtramck. Bill is also the U.S. market correspondent for just-auto.com, a British auto industry publication, and a member of the Texas Auto Writers Association, which has named the Jeep Grand Cherokee the “SUV of Texas” several times and named the Ram 1500 as the “Truck of Texas” two years running.

Bill has owned five Plymouths (including the only 1962 “Texan”), one Dodge and one Chrysler and is still trying to figure out how to justify a Wrangler.
