Global sales rise 11%

Chrysler’s global sales rose by 11% in May 2011 vs May 2010. Year to date, global sales rose 17%, to 714,403 units.

Sergio Marchionne has set a goal of 2 million sales for 2011.

Sales outside North America rose 17%, to 14,566, in May. Sales in Mexico, however, fell 7%, to 5,809.
