2012 Wrangler in Dozer

by David Zatz on

dozer Jeep colorAn Allpar reader has sent in a photo of the 2012 Jeep Wrangler in a new color, “Dozer,” which reflects the color of Allis-Chalmers heavy equipment.

For 2012, the Pentastar V6 and a five-speed automatic replace the 3.8 and four-speed, with gas mileage moving up to 17/21 despite the horsepower and torque increases. In addition to the extra gear, subtle aerodynamic changes help mileage. [Article corrected – early sources claimed 16/23 mpg]
