When Mopar starts shaking

When Mopar’s shaker hood package for the Dodge Challenger (and “Mopar ’14”) first appeared, an immediate question was, “When will this be ready for me to buy?”

Mopar and Chrysler have both had some issues with delays in new product launches, but those who want a shaker hood need not wait too long; production is scheduled to begin on January 27, according to a reliable source. That’s not long after the 100th Anniversary package (what that entails is still unknown). The factory will make cars with shaker hoods for around five months; after that, we believe that they will move on to the 2015 model year.

Plum Crazy Pearl Coat is also set to return in calendar year 2014, most likely around the end of February or the beginning of March.
