More on the Viper Anodized Carbon edition

by David Zatz on

2014 Carbon SRT Viper

SRT’s 50-car-run Anodized Carbon Special Edition package for the SRT Viper GTS has a new metallic matte paint which “adds depth while the dark matte color amplifies the Viper’s sinister quality.” The new paint is limited to this one model.

A new bulletin issued by a dealership claims that the car will be available in both standard and TA (“track attack”) form.

The car also has “black vapor chrome” five-spoke Rattler wheels, a gloss-black GTS badge, satin-black exhaust bezel, matching fuel door, orange calipers, and carbon-fiber brake ducts and rear appliqué.

Inside, buyers get Alcantara-wrapped headliner, door bolsters and knee blockers; orange accent stitching on the Nappa leather wrapped door trim, center console, and instrument panel, and on the Nappa leather and Alcantara seats. Orange accents are used on the door panel and instrument panel, while carbon fiber accents are used on the center stack, door panels, and steering wheel. Production starts in January 2014 at the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit, and is slated to run through March 2014.
