New: Durango Blacktop

by David Zatz on

Dodge has just announced the new Dodge Durango Blacktop. The Blacktop treatment was already available on Charger, Challenger, Dart, Journey, and Caravan (along with the now-discontinued Avenger).

The package adds gloss-black 20-inch wheels, dual rear exhaust with bright tips, and gloss black crosshair grille, grille surround, side mirrors, exterior badging, headlamp bezels, and body color fascia and moldings.

On SXT, the Blacktop Package adds $1,590 to the list price. On Limited, the package also includes HID headlamps and LED daytime running lights, for an extra $1,990. On R/T, the price is just $295.

The Blacktop Appearance Package will reach dealerships in October. It is available with billet silver, white, black, Granite Crystal, and Redline red paint, and either V6 or V8 engines.
