FCAU now traded

by David Zatz on

FCA: Fiat-Chrysler AutomobilesWhile it took some time for Fiat Chrysler stock to appear on financial sites, it is now available, though a recent search on the New York Stock Exchange’s own facility still shows neither FCAU nor Fiat Chrysler. Google Finance does not show FCAU as a choice during a search for Fiat, but it does appear if one specifies FCAU.  Trading apparently started at 9:30 am, with the price quickly rising from the opening ($9.00) to $9.55 before falling to the current $8.95.

Those who purchased “tracker stocks” such as FIATY can now sell those and buy FCAU instead. The change is not automatic.
