Chrysler 300C SRT to return?

by David Zatz on

Reliable source oh2o reported that, despite low sales in 2012-2014, the 300C SRT will return, likely in model-year 2016.

The car is already official for Australia, in right-hand-drive form, but Australians have no Chargers or Challengers, while Americans do. Still, the company appears to be ready to produce a 392-powered Chrysler 300 for Americans, Canadians, and other left-hand-drive markets. The additional engineering cost may be relatively low, due to the ability to borrow from the Charger, and could be balanced out by the extra sales pricing and reputation gains.

Yard248 said that a number of disguised Chrysler 300s had been running around town, and appear to have a “hefty spoiler” on the rear.
