The new job, which is in addition to his existing work, will take effect on June 30, 2015, when existing COO of Components Eugenio Razelli leaves FCA.  FCA announced the move this morning.

Mr. Gorlier took charge of Mopar / Parts & Service on September 1, 2011; he had started out in the organization with Iveco in 1989, rising through logistics and after-sale customer care, in 2006 joining network development.

Allpar has interviewed Mr. Gorlier twice, in his capacity as head of Mopar and dealer service.

David Zatz founded Allpar in 1998 (based on a site he had begun in 1993-94), after years of writing reviews for retail trades. He has been quoted by the New York Times, the Daily Telegraph, the Detroit News, and USA Today. Before making Allpar a full-time career, he was a consultant in organizational psychology.
