Chrysler 200’s First Tour Dates: MA, NY

by David Zatz on

The 2015 Chrysler 200 is going on tour as the company redoubles its efforts to get bodies into cars, so people will discover “the new Chrysler” and the company’s reputation can recover from nine years of Daimler rule.

The new 200 has highway fuel economy of up to 36 miles per gallon, an exclusive nine-speed automatic, a great deal of easy to use technology, and a starting price, including destination, of $22,990. It is built in Michigan, a short drive from Detroit, using engines made in Dundee or Trenton (some are made in Mexico) and transmissions from Indiana.

To drive a Chrysler 200, owners of a valid driver’s license can show up at these malls:

Boston area:

  • South Shore Plaza (Braintree), June 4 – June 7
  • Northshore Mall (Peabody), June 18 – June 21
  • Worcester Food Truck Festival (Elm Park, Worcester), June 18 – 21

New York City area:

  • Northside Festival at McCarren Park (Brooklyn), June 11 – 14
  • Roosevelt Field Mall (Garden City), July 9 – July 12
  • Smith Haven Mall (Lake Grove), July 16 – 19
