Watch the 2035 SRT Tomahawk X Lap Laguna Seca

by Patrick Rall on

We are working on our first drive impressions of the 2035 SRT Tomahawk Vision Gran Turismo car, but for now, we want to offer you all a chance to watch the futuristic hypercar in action. The video below shows a Tomahawk X making a lap around Laguna Seca in fairly impressive time. With a curb weight of 1,658lbs and 2,590 horsepower, this dual-power hypercar reaches speeds well in excess of 250 miles per hour in the short straights of a virtual Laguna Seca.

In the video, take particular notice of the body panels of the SRT Tomahawk X. These are powered by compressed air and controlled by an intricate system that allows this collection of moving panels to assist in braking, cornering and stability at very high speeds. Also, in addition to letting us watch the active body panels in action, we can hear the 144 degree, 426 cubic inch V10 engine roar through the five exhaust tips. Crank up your speakers for the full effect of this video.

See the Allpar page on the 2035 Tomahawk.
