Bondurant named SRT driving school

by David Zatz on

Dodge has dubbed the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving its official high-performance driving school. Starting with the first of January 2016, buyers of new 2015 or 2016 SRT cars (Chargers, Challengers, and Vipers) can get a one-day training course at the Bondurant School.

Nearly 100 SRT cars are being provided to the Bondurant’s school, converting the entire fleet to Dodge, including Hellcats and Viper ACRs.

Tim Kuniskis

FCA North America passenger-car chief Tim Kuniskis said, “Teaming up with Bob Bondurant, whose method of training has served more than a half-million drivers from around the world for nearly half a century, gives our Dodge/SRT owners the perfect track environment and professional guidance to hone their performance driving skills and gives us the chance to expose our lineup of SRT vehicles to a new group of performance car enthusiasts.”

Classes will include skid control, accident avoidance, line technique and a lead-and-follow session.  SRT customers have one year from their purchase or lease date to take advantage of the opportunity.
